Hi, my name is Geoff (pronounced GE-OFF) and I am a spirited Caribbean boi preoccupied with men’s fashion and style. I love to see people (and aspire to) look great, feel good and live powerfully. For my professional bio, read below.

Geoff K. Cooper is a multi-faceted creative consultant, digital influencer, entrepreneur, fashion editor and stylist from the Caribbean. Geoff is the Founder and Editor of Sagaboi.

Prior to founding Sagaboi, Geoff served as Editor-in-Chief of GCaribbean Magazine and over his media career he has interviewed and worked with many creatives, celebrities/people of notoriety, journalists, and photographers from around the world.

As a men’s fashion and style aficionado, Geoff has been featured in numerous magazines and media outlets for his unique style and has appeared on the best dressed lists for several global outlets, including GQ (and its numerous titles globally, Australia, British, Brazil, China, Italia, France, Mexico, and Russia), Buro247, Esquire, ID, L’Officiel Homme, Men’s Health, various Vogues, WWD and Elle, to name a few.

Geoff’s work in media was initiated at the United Nations where he served as a communications specialist for the Caribbean and the Middle East, and while there wrote exclusively for the UN’s Global Watch magazine. In 2006 he was installed as a Youth Spokesperson for the Millennium Development Goals (“MDGs”).

In 2008 Geoff co-founded the Calabash Consortium (“Calabash”), a non-profit organization that has executed many initiatives to empower young women and men in the U.S. and Caribbean. Alongside his charitable work with Calabash, he has served on the US Steering Committee for South African social enterprise, the Ubuntu Institute for Social Development; he is a former Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation Ambassador, and is a member of the Young Leaders International Peace Council of the Global Peace Initiative of Women (GPIW).

Post his role at the UN; Geoff became a consultant at Goldman Sachs, and then PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he was a recipient of the PwC’s highest honour, The Chairman’s Award, for his charitable work with young people. Geoff’s accomplishments and commitment to the empowerment of people has positively transformed his professional life through his active involvement in numerous diversity initiatives across corporate America.

With an infectious energy, Geoff has made an indelible impression as a passionate, dedicated and action-oriented human being who is deeply committed to the roots of his community. He currently consults with a cadre of fashion and lifestyle agencies, brands, and retailers, and lives between New York, London and the Caribbean. Geoff is a global citizen.
