“Never for money, always for love” was the moniker Damir Doma attached to his SS17 offering, and one could see the love. Coming off Doma’s recent move to Milan from Paris, the Croation designer, for the first time, united his women’s and men’s showing. Oversized shapes, elongated silouettes and raw selvedge edgings were aplenty and stretched across a monochrome color palette of ochre, olive, indigo, mustard, black and white. Our favourites; the coats, the bombers, the parkas and any garment that featured Doma’s artisan-esque textural and statement elements.
