Jourdan Copeland is a modest machine of a male model. Scouted on a London tube by Patrick Egbon-Marshall of AMCK Models in 2012, while on his way to work at an Indian restaurant, Jourdan has gone on to be an in-demand face for many large brands. The son of a Christian Pastor, and of Jamaican heritage, the 20-year-old Londoner channels reggae vibes and is passionate about spreading love and joy.
Copeland together with his brother Troy, walked Astrid Anderson’s first show and is now a regular for many other British brands. In February 2014, Jourdan was the first black male model to walk a Burberry runway, creating history for the house’s Autumn/ Winter 14 show. “These two moments are personal favourites” was his response when asked about career highlights. He has done campaigns for Armani Exchange, Calvin Klein, and Stone Island among others, and has rocked runways for labels such as Brioni, Louis Vuitton, Roberto Cavalli, and Y3. It’s no surprise he has also amassed a portfolio of countless prominent editorials for the likes of GQ, ID, Rollercoaster and yours truly, Sagaboi. Jourdan is vegan, a trained chef and is cooking up a great career trajectory.

JC: It must be Goofy. I think he is the most underestimated guy in Disney. In appearance, he looks a little silly or stupid but he has his son, and he cares for him a lot. He is a man!
