PORT OF CALL·MORUGA is an intimate Carnival weekend gathering celebrating Trinidadian creativity, culture, and community, staged inside the National Cocoa and Chocolate Museum in Moruga.

Hosted by SAGABOI, this special Carnival Brunch brings together fashion, art, food, and music in one immersive experience, rooted in Moruga’s history, spirit, and creative energy.

This is not just brunch.

It is a cultural moment.

WHAT YOUR TICKET INCLUDES

Art Exhibition Private View + Pop-Up Shop 

12:30 PM to 4:00 PM

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a curated art exhibition installed throughout the Great Hall of the museum, alongside a SAGABOI pop-up featuring select pieces and limited offerings created for PORT OF CALL·MORUGA.

Expect sculpture, visual art, and design that speak to Caribbean identity, heritage, and contemporary expression.

This is a rare opportunity to experience the museum as a living cultural space during Carnival weekend.

CARNIVAL BRUNCH EXPERIENCE

1:00 PM to 3:30 PM

Guests will be seated and served a tasting-style brunch menu, presented as refined plated courses.

The menu will offer a thoughtful taste of Moruga-inspired cuisine, celebrating local ingredients, traditions, and flavours. Expect elevated bites rather than heavy plates, designed to be enjoyed slowly, socially, and joyfully.

Drinks will include Moruga rum punch, curated local selections, and Carnival-ready pours.
